Sourcing the Right Fabric

Fabric Knitting
We knit our yarns into fabric using circular knitting machines, typically in a lightweight jersey knit. This gives the T-shirt its signature stretch and smooth finish.
Precision Cutting
Once the fabric is ready, it’s carefully cut into parts front, back, sleeves, and neckline, following accurate templates to maintain consistent sizing and fit.
Expert Stitching
The pieces are sewn together by skilled tailors, ensuring neat seams, reinforced edges, and a flawless finish. This is where structure meets style.
Quality Check
Each T-shirt undergoes a thorough quality inspection from stitching to sizing to print alignment. Only the best make it through.
Final Touch & Packaging
After pressing and tagging, your tee is folded and packed using sustainable, minimal packaging, ready to be worn and loved.
